Fragmented multi-location brands: businesses whose locations are independently owned or run, where headquarters doesn't control every Google listing. That covers insurance brokerages with independent agents, franchise systems, dental groups with mixed ownership, real estate brokerages, and healthcare practice groups. You don't need write-access to any listing. Brands where corporate does own every listing are welcome too, and get the same product. The best fit is roughly 10 to 200 locations; above that moves into Enterprise.
The fastest way is to send us a CSV of your locations. We match each one to its Google listing, and you're scanning the same day. A self-serve option, where you paste your website and we find the locations for you, is in the works. On Growth and above, we walk you through onboarding ourselves.
Send us the update and we import it. Nothing changes on its own; every add and removal comes from you. So a location you close won't quietly drop out of your past reports, and a new one won't show up until you tell us about it.
A branded PDF for each location. It breaks the score down across Google Business Profile, website health, directory listings, reviews, and AI visibility, and gives specific next steps for every check that came back flagged. You generate it on demand from the dashboard.
Yes, and it's one of the four signals we combine. We check whether your locations come up when someone asks Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini for a recommendation in your category, then roll that into a single score for each location, alongside Google Business Profile health, local SEO, and Map Pack rank. Starter, Growth, and Scale check one engine (Claude); Enterprise runs Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini side by side. Plenty of tools track AI visibility on its own. What's rare is folding it into one score for every location.
Automatically, on a schedule you choose — weekly, every two weeks, or monthly — every location in your network gets refreshed, and you get a short “what changed” digest each week (it only emails you when something actually moved, never a hollow “nothing changed”). On top of that, you can rescan any location on demand whenever you've just fixed something and want to see it reflected; a scan takes 60 to 90 seconds per location, and the dashboard updates the moment it finishes.
Nothing you should ever have to think about. On a Subscription, your automatic refresh schedule covers every location as part of your flat per-location rate, and on-demand rescans are included on top — no per-scan fees. There's a generous fair-use allowance on manual rescans that scales with your network (a 100-location network gets about 300 a month, pooled), and if you're running an unusual push we'll happily raise it — you'll see a heads-up in the dashboard well before you'd ever reach it, and your scheduled refreshes are never affected. On Flex, every scan draws from the monthly budget you pre-paid; when that budget is used up, scans pause until it resets at the start of the next month — and if you just need a few more scans, you can request a one-time top-up for the current month right from the dashboard. Either way there is never an overage or a surprise bill.
Per location, per month, with volume discounts as your network grows: Starter (1–9 locations) $79, Growth (10–49) $59, Scale (50–199) $39, and Enterprise (200+) custom. Month-to-month by default. Cancel any time, no notice required. Agencies buy at a transparent wholesale rate ($39 / $29 / $19) and resell into their own client retainers. Annual pre-pay discounts are available. No setup fees.
Every recommendation Gault makes cites published research: Google's official guidance, peer-reviewed studies, or large-scale industry analysis with disclosed methodology. You can check the source behind any recommendation right inside Gault. When the research is thin or vendor-supplied, we say so; when we have none, Gault shows no recommendation rather than guessing.
No. Gault is a pure measurement layer: we review how your data is performing across Google, local SEO, and AI search, and tell you what to fix. We don't syndicate, push, or modify your listings. There is no risk to your existing setup from running Gault alongside whatever you do today.
